Link offers and giveaways to multiple presenters, sessions and sponsors

You can now link a single offer, freebie or giveaway to multiple presenters, sessions and sponsors. Share the same perk across the people and sessions involved without creating separate copies.
In Marketing → Offers & Giveaways, create or edit a perk and open Provider. Choose as many Sessions, Presenters and Sponsors as you need. You can combine them, and the selected providers will be credited when provider attribution is enabled.
Your existing visibility and access settings still apply. For giveaways based on session attendance, attendees from any linked session can qualify under your existing rules, and automatic draws wait for the latest applicable session.
Review all your event graphics in one place

See the graphics used across your event without hunting through settings. On your event's At a Glance dashboard, open Review event graphics under Worth reviewing.
The guide groups images for your event site, shared links, and promotion. It shows what's already in place and what HeySummit generates for you, with Review links to the relevant pages.
Mark the guide as reviewed once you've decided what to change. It's optional and doesn't add to your setup progress.
New webhooks for pre-registration and talk submissions

You can now send outbound webhooks when an attendee pre-registers to be notified about your event, or when a speaker submits a talk proposal. Connect these moments to your email automations or CRM to nurture early interest and follow up with prospective speakers.
In Event Settings → API, MCP & Webhooks, click Add Webhook and choose Attendee pre-registered or Talk submission submitted, then enter the HTTPS URL that should receive the details. The existing Speaker added to event action is also available for speaker onboarding.
Pre-registration webhooks are sent once for an explicit pre-launch signup. Talk submissions trigger immediately for free submissions, or after successful payment for paid submissions; editing a proposal does not send it again.
Drip integration

You can now connect Drip to HeySummit and sync event attendees directly to your Drip account.
Choose Drip when adding an integration to your event, connect your account, and select the Drip account you want to use. Names and email addresses sync automatically.
Map registration answers and attendee or event details to existing Drip custom fields. Create the destination fields in Drip before setting up your mappings.
Apply tags as attendees sync, including event-specific tags, so you can organize your audience and use Drip automations for follow-up.
Schedule chat messages in Audience Tools

You can now schedule chat messages ahead of time in Audience Tools. Choose a broadcast, write your message, and set it to send at the scheduled start or a number of minutes afterwards. It is a simple way to welcome attendees, share links, or prompt a discussion without posting each message manually.
This also works with prerecorded sessions and repeating broadcasts. Messages follow the timetable in HeySummit and send automatically, even when Audience Tools is closed.
The Auto chat messages board keeps drafts, scheduled messages, and sent messages together. Polls have a matching board for drafts, scheduled, active, and finished polls, and scheduled polls now open automatically.
To get started, open Audience Tools from your event dashboard, select Auto chat messages, and choose New message.
Threaded replies, mentions and formatting in chat

Event chat now keeps side conversations together with threaded replies. Choose Reply beneath any message to respond directly; replies stay grouped under the original message, with reply counts and recent activity helping everyone follow the conversation.
You can now mention people with @, and messages support bold, italics, inline code, links and line breaks. These updates give attendees, speakers and hosts more context without cluttering the main room.
Automate ticket refund and cancellation follow-up

HeySummit can now send outbound webhooks when a ticket purchase is refunded or cancelled.
Use the new Ticket Purchase Refunded and Ticket Purchase Cancelled actions to keep your CRM, access controls, reporting, and billing workflows in sync. Refund webhooks cover a single-ticket refund, a whole-order refund, or a recurring-payment refund completed inside HeySummit.
These events are sent when the action is completed in HeySummit. Refunds made directly in your payment provider are not observed by HeySummit.
Drag and drop lesson ordering

Course creators can now drag and drop lessons into the order they want.
Open Content → Sessions in the event dashboard to arrange your course. Lessons are grouped by category, so you can order each module independently while keeping lessons within the right category.
Existing courses keep their current title-based sequence until you choose a custom order. Scheduled availability still controls when each lesson becomes visible.
Add WhatsApp contact details to social links

You can now add a separate WhatsApp number anywhere you manage social and external links, including presenters, sponsors, venues, event brands, events, and attendees.
Enter the number in the WhatsApp phone number field. HeySummit formats it consistently and uses it to create a direct WhatsApp link, so people can contact you without confusing it with your regular public phone number.
Exclude tickets and add-ons from coupons

You can now prevent coupons from being applied to individual tickets and add-ons.
Open the ticket or add-on, go to Pricing, and turn on Exclude from coupon discounts in the Coupons section. Once enabled, no coupon can reduce that item’s price, even if the coupon applies to every ticket or explicitly includes it.
Coupon creation and targeting still live on the Coupons page.
