Auto-message in Chat

We’ll be launching an event (course) which plays videos at set times on a monthly basis. It won’t be a live course. We will retain the chat and Q&A functions as they will be useful and enable some interactivity. I’d like to be able to set the chat so that some kind of welcome message can show up there (set date and time would be wonderful, but if not, ok).

This is now available, Cynthia. In Audience Tools, open Auto chat messages to schedule a welcome message at the broadcast start or a number of minutes afterwards. It works with prerecorded sessions and repeating broadcasts, and sends automatically even when Audience Tools is closed. Thanks for the feedback Cynthia, much appreciated. This is something we'd like to add in time, but not a current priority. Though, of course, it'll be interesting to see if there's wider interest from the community, so we'll absolutely keep an eye on it.
