Threaded replies, mentions and formatting in chat

Event chat now keeps side conversations together with threaded replies. Choose Reply beneath any message to respond directly; replies stay grouped under the original message, with reply counts and recent activity helping everyone follow the conversation.

You can now mention people with @, and messages support bold, italics, inline code, links and line breaks. These updates give attendees, speakers and hosts more context without cluttering the main room.
