New Option to Keep Replays in Your Schedule

You now have more control over how completed talks and their replays are displayed - perfect for those who prefer keeping everything in one place.

By default, replays are removed from the schedule once a talk finishes and are moved to a separate replays page. With this update, you can choose to keep completed talks visible in the schedule, maintaining a consistent view of the full event lineup.

What’s New

• Added a ‘Keep Replays In Schedule?’ option in Setup > Talk & Replay Experience.

• When enabled, finished talks (with replays) will remain visible in the schedule view, instead of being moved to the dedicated replay page.

• Helps attendees see the full event timeline, including past sessions, in one place.

• Disabling the option keeps the default behaviour - replays are removed from the schedule and accessible only through the replay page.

This setting gives you greater flexibility in how your content is presented, whether you want a cleaner schedule or a complete event overview.
