More Control Over Giveaway Winner Selection Timing

Previously, giveaway winners were selected automatically 24 hours after a talk or event ended, with no option to adjust this timing. This update introduces more flexibility, allowing event organisers to customise or manually control when winners are selected.

What’s New

• You can now choose how and when winners are generated:

  • Automatically based on the 24-hour rule (as before)

  • On a specific date

  • Or manually, at your discretion

• Settings can be applied globally at the event level or overridden per giveaway

• If manual selection is chosen, a new “Generate Winners” button appears in the Offers list for instant selection

This gives organisers more control to align giveaways with their event timing, promotion strategies, or audience engagement plans.
