Automate ticket refund and cancellation follow-up

HeySummit can now send outbound webhooks when a ticket purchase is refunded or cancelled.

Use the new Ticket Purchase Refunded and Ticket Purchase Cancelled actions to keep your CRM, access controls, reporting, and billing workflows in sync. Refund webhooks cover a single-ticket refund, a whole-order refund, or a recurring-payment refund completed inside HeySummit.

These events are sent when the action is completed in HeySummit. Refunds made directly in your payment provider are not observed by HeySummit.
