Hi Ben, the screenshot above is from an actual person who purchased two Anniversar 9 in-person tickets, so even though it should already do what I were asking, it didn’t. Perhaps add it to your backlog of something to look at if you have a spare moment. This is not critical.
Ah, thanks for that extra information. I wasn't aware that that screenshot was from someone who had actually purchased two tickets. It looks like the sync might not have been triggered if they were purchasing a ticket after the checkout via the "My Purchases" area, or indeed if Event Organiser manually added a ticket to an attendee via the reporting area in the dashboard. We've just rolled out a fix to sync attendees to CRMs in these scenarios as well. If you know that this wasn't the case for this particular attendee, please do let me know, and we'll look into it further. But syncing to CRMs should now have better coverage across these sorts of scenarios. Thanks for letting us know!
Hi Henk, Thanks for the suggestion. The tickets field for the CRM integration is already set up to be displayed as a comma-separated list, so that should already be doing what you're asking for there. We have, though, just added a total tickets field so that you have a raw number to pull from should you need it. This has just been deployed now. Many thanks for the suggestion.
