Removal of "Attendeance Certificate"
Is it possible to remove the “Attendacne Certificate” option i
n the account menu on the top right hand side of the screen if Attendee certifcates are turned off in the backend?

Hi Ben, this is still shoing in the menu even though i have disabled certificates in the backend. The bnackend always shows “Tracking enabled” there is no way to turn this off

Hi Luke, Thanks for sending this in. It should already hide the Attendance Certificate option from that drop-down if you either have Attendance Certificates turned off at the event level or if there are no tickets that the attendee has that have Attendance Certificates enabled. I'll mark this as rejected as this functionality should already be in place. But if you do continue to see an issue, please reach out to our support team who can look into this for you and double-check your event to make sure the settings are correct.
