No save button for page edits?
When I edit a page, nothing happens. No auto-save or anything.
There is also no “save changes” button in the right sidebar (where I wanted to deactivate the sponsor logos and enable full talk description)?

Thanks for the feedback, Gerrit. Page edits save automatically, which is why there isn't a separate Save button. We've now made this much clearer: a message in the bottom-right of the page preview shows when your changes are saving and confirms when they've been saved. We've also fixed the issue affecting some page settings. We're deploying this now, and it should be fully available within the next 30 minutes.
