Mobile App

We have been clients and love all the enhancements, I would love a mobile app, to help with in person events. Name Tags generation would be great too. You still have quarks at registration, if someone is registering themself and others, it still does not like it, there is this thing that when you complete your registration you are basically signed in and have to sign off to do the next one. There is no instruction to that. your competitors have figure this out and offer great options for one person to register 10 people at a time. Thanks for always looking for input.

Hey, thanks so much for the feature request. A mobile app is absolutely something we plan to add in the future, though it's not our current priority simply because we're busy building our own streaming studio at this moment. Once that is out and a revamped set of interactive tools is available, it might make sense then to start thinking about a mobile app. Just know that it is absolutely on our radar, and we'll get to it as soon as it makes sense for us to do so. A quick question about the quirks you mentioned regarding registering multiple people: we do have a way to handle this, and I just wanted to double-check whether you were aware of it. If, when purchasing a ticket or selecting a ticket, you change the quantity to anything above one, then on the final registration page you have some additional fields where you can enter the names and emails of the people you are buying those tickets for. In doing so, you can transfer those tickets to them so that they can then log in and gain access. Is that something you were aware of, or have you been using that and still seeing problems with that part of the platform? Many thanks.

Ben, I’m so happy to hear that a mobile app is on your radar already. Just in case you’re taking notes for it towards the future, in terms of figuring out valuable features for mobile use: please take a look at a great event networking app called Brella. I think I’ve seen you mention that there are some networking features on the way to HeySummit as it is already, but just wanted to bounce this here as I believe that bringing matchmaking tools available for attendees + exhibitors would be a huge opportunity - for both, virtual and in-person events. Thanks for building such a great product!

Thanks Atty. Yes, we would love to add a mobile app in the future. It's not our current priority, given our focus on the Event Lobby and streaming solution. But it is something that we'd love to add in the future. In the meantime, and I think I've already mentioned this on the support ticket you sent through, check out the Event Lobby as that's our first foray into attendee networking.
