Hide Stages from Main Navigation

I recall there was a previous discussion (https://heysummit.userjot.com/board/p/stage-visibility) about stage visibility based on ticket types, which would be complex to implement and test properly. As a simpler alternative, could we add a "Hide stage from main navigation" checkbox option, similar to what we implemented for venues? This would allow us to: - Build out stage landing pages completely before making them visible to users - Create stages that are hidden from standard user flows but accessible via direct links placed elsewhere - Give us more control over when and how stages are exposed to users This approach might also address @Sandra Julian 's original requirements while being much easier to implement.

Awesome, thanks again for being so darn fast with these tweaks which make a really big difference as we try and build it out live with folks already on board.

I did some testing and works as I expected. One small thing, which honestly I doubt is going to be an issue for anyone. If you only have one stage and you hide it, but you do enable the stages link in main navigation. The link will appear and it will go to a 404 for the slug /stages/ The obvious fix is user side, if you only have one stage and you want it hidden, you also hide stages from the menu so you dont get a broken link in your navigation. Just commenting here really so that others in future who are checking the feature and who may find the insight useful.

My pleasure.

Ah, yes, good point. The fix there would be to also hide the stages menu itself. I'll bear that in mind in case we can improve that in the future.
