GDPR Consent issue and mandatory settings

I don’t know if it’s a bug or a feature, but a bug coming from the EU, the current setting of GDPR is very problematic. I must have the “I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy” as a mandatory field. However, it doesn’t appear in the registration form unless we activate the “Show GDPR Marketing 'Soft Opt-In' Checkbox?” But then, both of the following settings appear, and I don’t want the “I’m happy to recieve marketing…” consent to appear, as it must be mandatory for us and is included already in the terms and privacy. So either make the marketing consent mandatory for registration, or remove it completely and leave only the agreement to terms and privacy policy. Thanks.

Thanks, Yan. I'll remove this now. I was just going to reply to say that the 'I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy' is not something that should be hidden automatically simply by ticking the soft opt-in tech box. In fact, the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions is always shown.
