Email Verification / Double Opt-in
Hi there, we have many instances where registrants enter the wrong email and don’t notice it. It causes several issues:
1. They don’t recieve the proper communication and reminders.
2. It adds invalid email addresses to our email lists, resulting in hard bounces and domain reputation issues.
It would be useful to solve the issue by:
1. An automatic email verification system
2. A double opt-in function.
Also could be helpful:
1. Add a table in the general attendee export, with mailing issues input, so we can sort those addresses out before importing to our email list.
2. Add some text asking people to double-check their email.
