Column header for the 4th footer column
For stylistic reasons, I would like to be able to add a column header above the fourth footer column, the column with the auto-generated links.

Okay, this has now been delivered. If you head to the setup-footer links area in the dashboard, you can now edit the title of the fourth column, should you need to.
