Chat box

Would it be possible to add a pop up before attendees can participate in the chat box during a session? This would be to put a brief mention once again of the terms- something like, “Gentle reminder for use of this chat to be respectful and that no AI note taking or bots are allowed. Please refer to the event terms if you’d like further details. We look forward to your participation. ” They can click to say they agree right before using it (because we all know many people don’t read the terms they are agreeing to when they register) or it can at least appear as a reminder notice, as that’s a softer approach and use means they agree. Also, is there any way to completely prevent things like the Otter AI and the like from even being able to be entered, other than moderating every comment first? I think my next event will have too many attendees to do this individually and efficiently as well as a wide age range so thought I’d ask in case we need to remove someone. We can really cover ourselves in the event that someone’s access need be promptly revoked for not following the terms.
