Allow special pricing/discounting to $0 on Ticket Component

At the moment you cannot discount to Feee on the ticket component in page builder. It simply ignores the discount and show the original price. Would be great to have the ability to discount to Free.

Okay, this has now been completed. It should now be possible to set a ticket/addon override price to zero on a custom confirmation page, essentially letting attendees get it for free.
