Hey Bruce, thanks for the suggestion. This is something that the event organisers can already do ahead of schedule if they want to. Simply by previewing a talk page and then clicking into the polls tab. From there, you can create polls and schedule them to be used later on. Would it help if we let speakers also access this page?
Definitely. Perhaps the Polls dialog could be added to the Manage Talk page accessible through the Speaker Dashboard. But wherever it lives, speakers need to be able to set them up ahead of time. Thanks!
