Affiliate Sign Up page

Is there a way to add an affiliate agreement on the affiliate sign up page to click to agree to the terms and conditions? Not the event T+Cs, specifically an affiliate agreement. Also would be great if they could apply(IE enter their info) and be approved VS simply signing up. It’d also be awesome if we could preset speakers to a different percentage than just affiliates auotmatically instead of individually. Thanks!

I think I just added a custom box to click that will take care of this. Fin is great, just gave me slightly different wording than the most up to date explanation of how to add this. I found it and think it will work so they click to agree to the terms before signing up. Except I’m only seeing the click box and not the place for them to see the terms…may have figured this out.
