Affiliate Media Assets - Uploading and Organising
It would be really helpful to be able to upload a folder of assets for affiliates, or failing that to be able to organise into folders the media assets so they can clearly see what each items purpose is, e.g Instagram size images, Email images etc. It would also be really helpful to be able to upload more than one image or file at a time.

Hi Katie, A quick update: the main improvements you asked for are now available. In your event dashboard, go to Promote → Promo Graphics → Custom Promo Graphics → Uploaded Assets. You can upload multiple files at once, place them in named folders such as Instagram Graphics or Email Images, and set a clear display name for each file before saving. Affiliates will then see the assets grouped under those folder headings in their dashboard. You can also use Add Asset Link to share a Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, or other external folder. We do not currently plan to support importing a local folder while preserving its structure, but the core upload and organisation workflow is now in place. For that reason, I will mark this request as rejected rather than completed. Thanks again for helping shape these improvements.
