Vertical Ad Carousel

Create a carousel component similar to the Testimonials or Featured Talks carousel, but instead upload PNG images sized 1080x1920px (9:16 ratio to display 8–10 vertical sponsor ads, with one ad showing at a time in a random rotating order on the landing page.
