This is for anyone using a third-party payment provider like Thrivecart, or, a third-party tax compliance software like Quaderno.
Currently you can turn off email receipts, but the invoice will still show in the members area — For anyone using a third-party platform to correctly calculate taxes, this will mean what’s in a customer’s account, may not match the actual business records, presenting a major tax compliance issue.
Some alternatives:
- Maybe selecting what can or can’t be downloaded from the section.
- Creating a custom link (to link to a separate invoice login system)
- Changing wording on an invoice might be ok (less ideal)
Any other ideas? I’m all ears - help!
