As we primarily organize in-person and hybrid events, it is important to us to know who exactly enters our premises.
When someone buys tickets for more than one person, the HeySummit system requires them to enter the name and email address of the other people. This information, however, is not reflected in the Sales Report, which means we don’t know who the other attendees are.
The example below shows Liz Wong buying 3 tickets in one transaction. She made one bulk payment of $147 for those three tickets. All three people attended our event in-person. We don’t know who the other two people are.
I know the buyer can transfer tickets to someone else, but we don’t see them doing this. We had three people buying more than one ticket and none of them transferred tickets to someone else.
I am okay with it if they don’t transfer the tickets. And I also don’t necessarily need those extra email addresses. But I would very much appreciate to receive the names of all the attendees.
