Show Base Ticket Price (Before Taxes) on Event Pages

Currently, when taxes are applied, the ticket price displayed to attendees appears to include the taxes, which makes it difficult for organizers to present a clear base price. In many regions (for example in Canada), it is standard practice to display the ticket price before taxes, with the applicable taxes calculated and added during checkout.

It would be extremely helpful if HeySummit could allow organizers to:

• Display the base ticket price before taxes on the event page.

• Automatically calculate and add the applicable taxes during checkout.

Since the platform already calculates the tax portion when prices are tax-inclusive, it seems that supporting tax-exclusive pricing would be a natural extension of the existing functionality.

This would improve transparency for attendees and ensure compliance with common pricing practices in jurisdictions where taxes must be added at checkout.
