Separate "add-ons" from regular discounts by default

-I added a ticket for the event
-I added a discount of $100
-All worked fine

-I added an add on which should have no discount (it's not even a ticket, rather a pack that we send out)
-However, selecting the add-on during registration gets the $100 discount applied twice (making the add-on almost free!).

Whilst I can prevent this by going back to discounts and only applying it to selective tickets, this is a bit counter intuitive and I think it would be less likely to be erroneous if we need to select the add on as applicable for discount instead of it being applied by default.
