Pre-event area for videos and files

We would like to be able to add pre-event content to a multi-day event. We have a number of videos and pdfs that attendees need to go through before the event and would like to have attendees access them after ticketing. As this content won’t have time/date assigned to it, it may need a separate area/content type and I think that’s important for attendee clarity also. As the content is proprietary, it needs to be behind the paywall and not just an external link. Being able to track access would be a plus. Thank you.
