More robust affiliate program

It would be great to have more useful and robust affiliate features. Summit organizers can make more sales $$ when their affiliates have better tools to track their performance.

Specifically, at a minimum, affiliates should be able to generate or see basic reports in their dashboard, not just total commission by month and # of registrations. Drill down to see commission BY REGISTRATION TYPE, along with the date. And a running list of most recent 5-10 commissions line by line on the dashboard.
