In sendfox integration, add some fields for context

I am experimenting with sendfox and hey summit. I would be nice if the info sent to send fox stated it was coming from Heysummit and perhaps even the name of the event they had signed up for. Also, it doesn’t specify whether the person is a speaker or a attendee. That would be nice as well because I would send them different emails. Maybe there is more of this once I get a full send fox account.
