Feature request: Exclude from promotions

When creating or editing a ticket, add an “Exclude from promotions” option.

When enabled, the ticket would automatically be excluded from all promotions, discounts, and promo codes applied to the event.

This would be especially useful for special pricing, bundles, or full training packages that should never be eligible for additional discounts.
