Expand Menu for sub categories

The last 2 days, I’ve spent more time than I’d like to admit trying to find “Speaker Submissions” on the new menu.

When I am on Sessions, it would be great if when selected there was a sub menu to find Submissions.

The same with Presenters: If the menu could expand to show FAQs and Leaderboard.

The same rules applied to any section of the menu that has a sub menu.

They are not inherently obvious up above in the same monochromatic color scheme.

I think having the full menu in one place where you are looking for menus makes more sense than having 2 menus (one horizontal and one vertical)
