Easier Speaker Ordering

I am not sure if the order in a CSV is maintained when importing a batch of speakers (I forgot about that feature when I added 33 of them one at a time). I find that the current UI is a bit more time-consuming when I have to move many of them into a certain order, or even just one up from the 33rd spot up to the top spot. (I should have planned the input order better.) I was wondering if it’s possible to go with a drag-and-drop function (sample screenshot). This would come in handy for the other areas where ordering is possible (eg, Sponsors, Stages, Venues)
