Delegate Directory & Messaging

A directory of all delegates viewable to other delegates (or restricted by ticket type).
Brief details and social media links would suffice, an entire profile page like speakers have would be even better.

Bonus Points: The option to enable Messaging on the directory much like can be done for messaging speakers.

Feel its probably really critical for my use case so will have to come up with some hack to achieve this if its not on the cards anytime in the nearish future.
