Date override for the Countdown feature in the hero header

The Event Countdown component has a setting to override the begin date, but the Hero Header Countdown setting does not offer the same functionality.

An issue arises when we schedule a pre-con event. We don’t want the pre-con event changing the date that the Hero Header’s Countdown setting uses to calculate. In our event settings, we do have manual dates set, but that doesn’t solve the issue either.

Please add a setting in the Hero Header component to override the automatic date setting.
