Button Styling

The automatic styling on buttons makes it tough to build accesible and on brand sites. Sometimes when you need light text, it’s dark and vice versa, and the auto-darkening of a button creates weird colours on hover.

Could we get some more customisation to keep our buttons on brand?

Simpler Fix:

• Under ‘advanced’ functionality, give us the option to set button colour and text colour for active and inactive buttons (i.e. before and after a mouse hovers).

• A bonus would be if you could give us the ability to also set border colour for the button (to create things like secondary or outline only buttons) as well as having a transparent button colour.

Consideration:

• Rather than having different button settings littered throughout the themes section, it’s be great to have one section that just covers buttons only. If we could easily style buttons at once across the website, that would make life easier!
