Bulk Import and Export Translations

To make it more efficient to reuse the changes made to the terminology of past events, it would be great to be able to export them and be able to re-import them for another event. This function is along the lines of the bulk import/export features I am seeing in other areas of the platform. This could possibly be a way to import other languages, possibly.
