Boolean Tag Filter on “My Events”

Why it matters
When a single event carries several tags, it currently appears multiple times in the My Events list, and a simple search can’t combine tags logically. As event catalogues grow, finding the right subset of events will become increasingly time‑consuming.

What we need
Add a tag filter next to the search box that lets users refine the list with multiple tags and basic Boolean logic.

• Multi‑select dropdown or chip input for tags.

• Support AND, OR, and NOT; e.g. (Training OR Workshop) AND (NOT Free).

• Show each matching event only once, even if it satisfies several chosen tags.

• Persist the filter in the URL so filtered views can be bookmarked or shared.

This will make large event libraries far easier to browse and manage, especially with the new multi‑tag capability.
