Allow the Featured Speakers block to be used even when talk times have not been scheduled yet

Hi - I want to add a Featured Speakers block on the event page, but only my ‘Welcome To The Event’ talk is showing, as it’s the only talk with a set time yet in the agenda.

It would be great if you could allow the Featured Speakers block to be used even when talk times have not been scheduled yet. Ideally, we could select which talks and/or which speakers to show.

I would want to show their photo, job title, company, and talk title.
