Allow speakers to view and claim unassigned "Draft Talks"

What you want the feature to do: Allow event organizers to make unassigned "Draft Talks" visible to invited speakers. Speakers should be able to log into their dashboard, browse the available pre-scheduled drafts (which already have specific dates, times, and broadcast types set by the organizer), and claim the slot(s) they want self-service.

Why it would help your event experience: My event features multiple session formats for speakers (e.g., a Pre-Recorded Main Talk, a Live VIP slot, and a Q&A slot). Currently, letting speakers choose their own times via rolling schedules breaks my custom event timeline and ignores planned breaks. Pre-creating Draft Talks protects my schedule, but having to manually assign speakers to every single slot creates a massive administrative bottleneck. Letting them claim the drafts themselves removes me as the middleman.

How other organizers could benefit too: Any organizer running a multi-day summit with rigid time blocks, panels, or lunch breaks would benefit. It gives organizers 100% control over the event structure while still giving speakers the autonomy to choose the exact time slots and session tiers that work best for them.
