What you want the feature to do: Add a feature to the speaker dashboard that allows speakers to input and manage their own Main Talk Broadcast Info (such as pre-recorded video details, live stream links, or custom live room configurations). This could be implemented either as a full "Broadcast" tab similar to what organizers see on the backend, or as a dynamic field trigger that asks them to enter just their specific video hosting information once a talk is created as a pre-recorded video.
Why it would help your event experience: Speakers can already add their own media attachments and intro videos, so adding their main talk broadcast info would be a natural extension of their current dashboard capabilities. Right now, because this isn't an available feature, it creates an unnecessary data-entry bottleneck where I have to manually collect and copy-paste the main talk broadcast info or live room links for every single speaker on my track. Giving speakers the autonomy to input this directly would save a massive amount of administrative time.
How other organizers could benefit too: This feature would benefit any HeySummit organizer looking to reduce their administrative workload. It streamlines the event preparation phase by safely delegating the main talk broadcast info setup to the speakers themselves—using a dashboard workflow they are already familiar with from uploading their bios and intro videos.
