Allow longer coupon codes

I often create one-time use coupon codes for customers with thier name included like heathersjul2025passdiscount.

Right now, the character limit on creating coupons is 15. It would help me have consistent coupon creation practices if the character limits on the fields for creating and accepting coupons was increased to 40.
