Affiliate Sign Up page

Is there a way to add an affiliate agreement on the affiliate sign up page to click to agree to the terms and conditions? Not the event T+Cs, specifically an affiliate agreement.

Also would be great if they could apply(IE enter their info) and be approved VS simply signing up.

It’d also be awesome if we could preset speakers to a different percentage than just affiliates auotmatically instead of individually.
