Adding column headers to Footer links

Is there a way to add column headers to the columns in the footer sector as in screenshot 1?

I see that column 1 is dynamically populated and I seem to not have control over in which column these dynamic links appear (screenshot 2).

I can, for example, imagine to have one column with links to the other events we organize.
