Add the ability to include links in talk descriptions

It would be helpful to link our attendees to instructions and/or resources provided outside of the HeySummit website from the description section of a talk.

I would be happy with the option to use either HTML or markup for this.
i.e. <a href=”https://heysummit.com”>Visit HeySummit</a> or [https://heysummit.com](Visit HeySummit)
