Add the ability for attendees to set their own price on tickets

I would like to be able to choose a pay-what-you-want pricing option for virtual event tickets. Ideally, the item would display and default to a suggested price and allow the purchaser to change the amount to anything down to a minimum cost I’ve set.

Fields needed for ideal setup:

1. pay-what-you-want toggle

2. minimum price

3. suggested price
