Add names & individual prices of all purchased items to the Checkout Complete webhook data stream

When using a webhook for Checkout Complete, I found that, when making a test purchase with 5 add-on products, only one of the products’ name was available to select from the data for the action trigger in my integration tool. There also is no individual price for the single item I can see the name for.

I would like to add data from HeySummit purchases to my global business income tracking spreadsheets. It would help make this info easier to review if I could see the names of ALL the items a customer purchased in their checkout.


For example, for one event I’m building, I’m offering a free ticket and following it up with an opportunity to add pay-what-you-want support through add-on options. As the webhook data stream works now, the purchase record in my spreadsheet could end up saying something like:

Item Name = General Backstage Pass (from “Tickets -> 1 -> Ticket Name” in HeySummit data)
Total = $15 (from “Amount Net” in HeySummit data)

In this case, the General Backstage Pass is a zero cost ticket, and I wouldn’t be able to tell from looking at the spreadsheet whether the customer bought the $5 and $10 add-ons or simply gave $15 under the pay-what-you-want option.
