Add "join talk" button in email invites

I would like to submit a feature request regarding the registration confirmation emails sent to attendees.

Currently, when using an external meeting link (e.g., Microsoft Teams) in the “External URL” or “Broadcast URL” field, the link is not prominently displayed as a clear call-to-action in the automated emails sent after registration.

We would like to request the addition of a “Join Session” button in these emails that would:

  • Automatically use the External/Broadcast URL defined in the talk settings

  • Be clearly visible and accessible for participants

  • Appear in all relevant attendee emails (confirmation, reminders, etc.)

This would significantly improve the user experience by:

  • Reducing confusion for participants trying to find the access link

  • Minimizing support requests

  • Aligning with standard practices for virtual events and paid training sessions

Ideally, this feature could:

  • Be enabled by default when an external link is present

  • Or be configurable in the email settings
