Add ability to tag talks with types in addition to categories

I see that talks only have the option to apply categories while speakers can have categories and custom tags applied. I also see that the categories are framed and referred to as topic or area of focus on the Categories overview page and as part of the schedule building process during registration.

I would like to be able to tag talks with different types I define (Roundtable, Presentation, Interview, Beginner, Advanced, etc.) and let website visitors filter talks based on type as well as category wherever the talks list is shown on the site.
