Ability to block signups from specific email addresses or domains

I’ve been running my community for about 5 years and have ad a few participants we’ve needed to ban for breaking our code of conduct and, in some cases, harassing our team members. I’ve also seen a lot of spam user signups on my website

I would love to be able to enter a list of full email addresses and email address fragments using regex that will not be registered or given access to the confirmation page or attendee areas of the HeySummit site if they attempt to sign up.
