A customizable home landing page?

This might be a stretch but is it possible to create a blank event that can serve as a landing page that can also be pointed to a custom domain? Example:
- Custom Domain: allmysummits.xyz
- Events landing page: blank-summits.heysummit.com.
- Create new summits.
- Add blocks to blank home page.
- Add links pointing to each summit.
— New Summit: The Summit 1 | URL: thesummit1.heysummit.com.
— Points to: summit1.allmysummits.xyz.
