You can now see when a recurring ticket subscription has collected additional payments and choose how much to refund from the sales workflow.

When you issue a refund for a recurring subscription sale, HeySummit shows the number of collected payments and the total collected so far. You can refund only the initial sale by default, or choose to refund all collected payments for that subscription.

For finer control, the Subscriptions report payment history lets you review each recurring payment and refund an individual payment separately.
