We’ve rolled out some improvements to how you manage affiliate commissions for your events, giving you much more flexibility and control. Previously, you could set a default commission rate for the entire event and customise it per affiliate when needed. Now, we’ve taken things further by allowing you to fine-tune commissions for specific tickets, add-ons, or donations, with even more granular overrides for individual affiliates.
What’s New
Ticket/Addon/Donation-Level Commission Rates: Set default commission rates for specific tickets, addons or donations, so you can reward affiliates differently depending on what’s being purchased.
Affiliate-Specific Overrides at Every Level: Go beyond defaults and set custom commission rates for specific affiliates, even at the ticket, add-on, or donation level. For example, Ticket A could have a 30% commission rate, but you can make it 40% for a high-performing affiliate.
This update ensures your affiliate program is more dynamic and better aligned with your event’s goals, making it easier to incentivise the right behaviours and maximise revenue.
